Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg.
- Dip each chicken tender in egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Cooking
- Place the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and fully cooked, flipping halfway through.

Notes
Store leftover chicken tenders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe bag and reheat in the air fryer.
