Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Beat the egg in another bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Cooking
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store any leftover chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes for best results.
