  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
  • 1 Lemon (cut into wedges for squeezing over shrimp) A squeeze of fresh lemon juice adds brightness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the raw, peeled shrimp to the bowl and toss them in the mixture until they are well coated.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp and toss gently to combine.
Cooking
  1. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  3. Once the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, remove them from the air fryer.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the air fryer or on a skillet to maintain flavor and texture.
