Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the raw, peeled shrimp to the bowl and toss them in the mixture until they are well coated.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp and toss gently to combine.
Cooking
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, remove them from the air fryer.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the air fryer or on a skillet to maintain flavor and texture.
