Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry and place them in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and rub it in to coat the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is golden brown.
