Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 oz packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, dry ranch seasoning mix, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Mix until completely smooth.
  3. Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels to help the coating adhere better.
  4. Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Spread the ranch mixture evenly over the top of each piece of chicken, ensuring it is fully coated.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is lightly golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with a simple side salad, roasted vegetables, or your favorite rice or pasta. For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper to the ranch mixture. To achieve a crispier topping, broil for the last few minutes.
