Preparation

- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, dry ranch seasoning mix, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Mix until completely smooth.
- Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels to help the coating adhere better.
- Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the ranch mixture evenly over the top of each piece of chicken, ensuring it is fully coated.
Baking
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is lightly golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with a simple side salad, roasted vegetables, or your favorite rice or pasta. For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper to the ranch mixture. To achieve a crispier topping, broil for the last few minutes.
