Notes

For added flavor, you can marinate the chicken pieces in buttermilk for a few hours before cooking. For a healthier version, you can bake the chicken bites instead of frying. Just place the coated chicken pieces on a baking sheet and spray with cooking oil. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until they are golden and cooked through.
