For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
For the Sliders
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce, for topping
  • Sliced cucumbers, for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  2. Add the shredded chicken and mix until well coated.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the sliders by placing a generous amount of the chicken mixture on each slider bun.
  2. Top with lettuce and sliced cucumbers.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
