Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Place the tostada shells on a baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes, or until crispy.
- Remove the tostada shells from the oven.
Assembly
- Spoon the BBQ chicken mixture evenly onto each tostada.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, corn, black beans, and cheese.
- Return to the oven for another 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Serve hot with optional sour cream and avocado on top.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store the components separately to maintain crispiness. These can be stored for up to 3 days in airtight containers in the refrigerator.
