Notes
To store leftovers, let the chicken and gravy cool to room temperature. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. For a thicker gravy, mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and stir into the gravy during the last hour of cooking.
