  • 200 grams Smoky chorizo Sliced or diced.
  • 1 cup Rich tomato sauce Can use canned or homemade.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. Stir in chopped capsicum and chorizo, cooking until softened and the chorizo is browned.
  4. Pour in the tomato sauce and add spices to taste.
  5. Let simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

This dish is best served warm with rice, bread, or salad. For extra flavor, marinate the chicken beforehand. Adjust spice levels to taste.
