  • 1 cup cooked ground beef Canned or homemade, fully cooked.
  • 1 packet taco seasoning Follow the package instructions.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend) Choose your preferred style of cheese.

  • sour cream For dipping.
  • salsa For dipping.
  • green onions For garnish and flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the crescent roll dough package.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and add the taco seasoning, following the package instructions.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the meat mixture on the wide end of each triangle, sprinkle with cheese, and roll up towards the point.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with optional toppings such as sour cream, salsa, and chopped green onions.

Notes

Make sure to roll the dough tightly around the filling to keep the cheese and meat inside. Experiment with different types of cheese, like pepper jack for a spicier kick. Add diced vegetables like bell peppers or olives to the meat mixture for extra flavor and nutrition.
