  • 4 tablespoons Tahini Drizzle on top for creaminess.
  • 1 medium Avocado slices For garnish and additional creaminess.

Preparation
  1. Prepare the brown rice according to package instructions.
  2. Season and grill the chicken until fully cooked.
  3. Peel and dice sweet potatoes, then roast them in the oven until tender.
  4. Steam your choice of veggies until just cooked.

  1. In a bowl, combine the brown rice, grilled chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, and steamed veggies.
  2. Top with a drizzle of tahini and avocado slices for extra creaminess.
