Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the inside to make room for the filling.
Filling
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
Assembly & Baking
- Fill the hollowed-out French bread with the chicken mixture.
- Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
Best served warm. Pairs well with a side salad or dipping sauces like ranch or BBQ. To store leftovers, wrap the stuffed bread in plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for about 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
