Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out some of the bread from the center.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Mix well.
- Stuff the bread halves with the mixture evenly.
Baking
- Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve warm, sliced for easy sharing. Pairs well with a side salad or fresh veggies and extra ranch dressing for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes. Customize the filling by adding diced tomatoes or bell peppers.
