  • 1 loaf loaf of French bread
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Ensure the chicken is fully cooked before shredding.
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup ranch dressing Feel free to use flavored ranch dressing for extra taste.
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out some of the bread from the center.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Mix well.
  4. Stuff the bread halves with the mixture evenly.
Baking
  1. Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
  2. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve warm, sliced for easy sharing. Pairs well with a side salad or fresh veggies and extra ranch dressing for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes. Customize the filling by adding diced tomatoes or bell peppers.
