  1. Start by preheating your skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and coat them well with the seasoning mixture.
Cooking
  1. Once your skillet is hot, add the seasoned chicken pieces in a single layer.
  2. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  3. If using fresh herbs, sprinkle them over the chicken bites in the last minute of cooking.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These chicken bites are perfect on their own but can also be served with your favorite dipping sauces. Try honey mustard, barbecue sauce, or a spicy dipping sauce for added flavor. Make sure not to overcrowd the skillet when cooking. Adjust the seasoning to fit your taste. For storage, let them cool completely, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months.
