Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Crust
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., marinara sauce, additional cheese, vegetables, pepperoni)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in the shape of a pizza crust.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven, add your desired toppings, and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  3. Slice and serve.

Notes

Serve hot out of the oven with a fresh salad or dipping sauces. To store leftovers, place slices in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To maintain freshness, reheat in the oven or microwave.
