Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in the shape of a pizza crust.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, add your desired toppings, and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
Serve hot out of the oven with a fresh salad or dipping sauces. To store leftovers, place slices in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To maintain freshness, reheat in the oven or microwave.
