  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • Flour or corn tortillas For serving.

Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper; cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
  3. Add bell peppers and onion; cook until softened.
Serving

Notes

Make sure not to overcrowd the skillet while cooking the chicken for better browning. For added heat, include chopped jalapeƱos or cayenne pepper and consider using other vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms.
