Ingredients
  

Chicken and Seasoning
  • 4 pieces chicken thighs Bone-in thighs add more flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Can substitute with teriyaki or Worcestershire sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, and dried thyme.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, enjoying the flavorful and juicy chicken.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the seasoning mix for a few hours before cooking. You can adjust the seasoning to your preference; add red pepper flakes for spice.
