- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
- Add uncooked pasta, diced tomatoes (with juice), beef broth, cream cheese, and Italian seasoning to the crockpot. Stir to combine all ingredients well.
Cooking
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the pasta is tender.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until it melts. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra shredded cheese or fresh herbs if desired.
