  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Method
 

Cooking the Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and Italian herbs, stirring to combine.
  3. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
