Preparation
- Pound chicken to ½-inch thickness and pat dry.
- Beat eggs in a shallow bowl with a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, and all seasonings.
- Dip each chicken piece in the egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3–5 minutes.
- Spray both sides of the chicken lightly with oil.
Cooking
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook another 5–7 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer to regain crispiness.
