Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and onions.
- Fill each taco shell with the chicken mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Arrange the filled taco shells on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the shells are crispy.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro.
Serving
- Serve hot with sour cream and salsa.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes to keep shells crispy.
