  • 4 pieces Chicken pieces (legs, thighs, or breasts)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/3 cup Hot honey Can substitute with honey and hot sauce mix
  • Oil for frying Oil for frying Ensure the oil is hot enough for frying
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour and cornstarch.
  3. Dip chicken in egg, then coat in the flour mixture.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Fry chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Drizzle hot honey over the fried chicken.
