  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour Make sure to season well for extra flavor.
  • 2 large eggs Beaten
  • 1/2 cup hot honey Or honey mixed with hot sauce.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with crushed pretzels.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, and coat in crushed pretzels.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Fry the chicken cutlets until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken and place it on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with hot honey before serving.

Notes

Serve hot, drizzled with hot honey. Pairs well with coleslaw, fries, or salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results. For a crunchier texture, double-coat the chicken and try different pretzel flavors.
