Preparation

  2. In a bowl, combine sliced cucumbers with sesame oil, salt, and a bit of teriyaki sauce to make sesame cucumbers.
  3. Heat taco shells as per package instructions.
  4. Assemble tacos by placing crispy chicken into taco shells, topping with sesame cucumbers, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

These tacos are best served fresh. Arrange them on a platter and provide extra lime wedges for squeezing. You can add additional toppings such as shredded lettuce or avocado for extra flavor.
