Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least an hour.
  3. Mix the breadcrumbs with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dredge the marinated chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it is thoroughly coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  2. While the chicken is baking, prepare the honey butter by mixing the melted butter with honey in a bowl.
Assembly
  1. Once the chicken is done, assemble the sandwich by spreading honey butter on both sides of the roll, adding the crunchy chicken, and topping with lettuce and tomato.

Notes
