  • 1 teaspoon dry ranch seasoning
  • 3/4 cup diced cucumber Feel free to add other veggies for extra crunch.
  • 1/4 lb deli turkey You can swap the turkey for chicken or ham.
  • Pepper Sprinkle lightly for flavor.
For assembly
  • 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas Whole wheat tortillas can be used for a healthier option.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and dry ranch seasoning until smooth.
  2. Lay out the 4 tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. Divide the cream cheese mixture between the tortillas and spread it evenly across each one.
  4. Top the cream cheese with the turkey and diced cucumber, adding equal amounts to each tortilla.
  5. Sprinkle lightly with pepper.
  6. Roll up each tortilla, tucking the ends in as you go.
  7. Slice each wrap in half to serve.

Notes

These wraps can be served immediately or stored in the refrigerator. Best enjoyed within a day or two. Avoid storing too long as the tortillas may get soggy from the cucumbers.
