Preparation
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and dry ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Lay out the 4 tortillas on a flat surface.
- Divide the cream cheese mixture between the tortillas and spread it evenly across each one.
- Top the cream cheese with the turkey and diced cucumber, adding equal amounts to each tortilla.
- Sprinkle lightly with pepper.
- Roll up each tortilla, tucking the ends in as you go.
- Slice each wrap in half to serve.
Notes
These wraps can be served immediately or stored in the refrigerator. Best enjoyed within a day or two. Avoid storing too long as the tortillas may get soggy from the cucumbers.
