  • 8 oz bowtie pasta Cook according to package instructions

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt the garlic butter over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Cooking
  1. In the same skillet, pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  2. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet, tossing everything together to coat.
Serving
  1. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the chicken to avoid dryness. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is done at 165°F (75°C). For a kick, add red pepper flakes. Customize with veggies like spinach or broccoli. For variations, shrimp can replace chicken or use whole grain pasta.
