Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and milk until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked macaroni, shredded chicken, chopped bacon, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
Serving
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve hot.
Notes
You can serve with a simple side salad or steamed vegetables. Also tastes great with garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
