- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add sliced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic.
- Sprinkle fajita seasoning mix over the top.
- Pour chicken broth in.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once done, shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine.
Serving
- Serve in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, add lime juice before serving. For heat, consider adding sliced jalapeƱos. Keep leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
