  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Cook until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

For a healthier option, use whole-grain pasta. Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition and flavor. For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes when cooking the ground beef.
