  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
Optional ingredients
  • Dipping sauce Choose from lemon butter sauce, tartar sauce, or yogurt-based dip.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the salmon pieces to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  4. Place the salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Notes
