  • 2 packets instant ramen noodles
  • 1 can Spam, diced
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 green onion, sliced For garnish
  • 1 each egg (optional) Add for extra protein
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add the instant ramen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  3. In a skillet, brown the diced Spam over medium heat until crispy.
  4. Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the soy sauce and add the Spam.
  5. If using, crack an egg into the pot and stir to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

You can enjoy it by itself or pair it with a side salad for a complete meal. This dish is perfect for lunch or dinner and is sure to warm you up on a chilly day. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
