- Stir in the fajita seasoning mix, sour cream, and chicken broth. Mix well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Assembly and Baking
- In a baking dish, layer half of the chicken mixture, then sprinkle with half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Add the remaining chicken mixture and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired before serving.
