  • 1 lb protein of choice Chicken, beef, or tofu work well.
Seasonings
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce Adjust based on taste.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by preparing all your ingredients.
  2. Mix the cooked rice and mixed vegetables in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate pan, cook the protein of choice until browned.
Cooking
  1. Add the protein to the rice and vegetables mixture.
  2. Stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon.

Notes

Let it cool completely before storing in an airtight container. Keep in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for later.
