- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add the halved baby potatoes around the chicken.

- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes (6-8 hours) or high for 240 minutes (3-4 hours) until the chicken is tender and cooked through.

Notes
For added flavor, sear the chicken in a skillet for a few minutes before putting it in the crockpot. You can add other vegetables like carrots or green beans for extra nutrition. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste; feel free to add more or less salt and pepper.
