Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the baby potatoes around the chicken.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the chicken and potatoes in the crockpot.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve warm from the crockpot with a side salad or steamed vegetables. For added flavor, marinate the chicken beforehand and use a thickener if desired.
