  • 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups baby potatoes cut evenly
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the baby potatoes around the chicken.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the cheese mixture over the chicken and potatoes in the crockpot.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve warm from the crockpot with a side salad or steamed vegetables. For added flavor, marinate the chicken beforehand and use a thickener if desired.
