Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 6 cups mixed greens (e.g., romaine, spinach)
  • 2 pieces avocados, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
Protein and Toppings
  • 1 lb grilled chicken breast, sliced Use freshly grilled for best flavor.
  • 4 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 2 pieces hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled Can substitute with feta or goat cheese.
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar Adjust for tanginess.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  2. Top the salad with the sliced grilled chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped hard-boiled eggs, and blue cheese.
Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.
  2. Drizzle the dressing over the salad before serving.
  3. Toss gently to combine.
Serving
  1. Serve the salad immediately after tossing with the dressing, either individually plated or in a large bowl.

Notes

If storing leftovers, keep the dressing separate to prevent sogginess. Enjoy within a couple of days for best flavor.
