Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, and honey. Stir together and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Add in the chicken and stir to coat well.
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Heat the tortillas in the microwave for about 10 seconds or until they are pliable.
Assembling the Wraps
- Place 1 to 1 1/2 slices of cheese down the center of each tortilla, followed by 1 oz of ham.
- Add about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture on top.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly.
Grilling
- Grill the wraps, seam side down, until they are warm and have light to medium grill marks.
- Flip the wraps over and cook the second side until they are warmed through and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
These wraps can be served as a main dish or a side. They work well with a fresh salad, crunchy veggies, or your favorite dipping sauce. Can also be cut into smaller pieces for an easy appetizer or snack.
