Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu Wraps

Ingredients
  

For the spreads
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
For the wraps
  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken Use leftover chicken to save time.
  • 6 pieces 6-8 inch flour tortillas
  • 9-12 slices Swiss cheese Feel free to switch the cheese with cheddar or provolone.
  • 6 oz deli sliced ham

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, and honey. Stir together and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Add in the chicken and stir to coat well.
  3. Heat a grill pan over medium heat and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  4. Heat the tortillas in the microwave for about 10 seconds or until they are pliable.
Assembling the Wraps
  1. Place 1 to 1 1/2 slices of cheese down the center of each tortilla, followed by 1 oz of ham.
  2. Add about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture on top.
  3. Roll up the tortilla tightly.
Grilling
  1. Grill the wraps, seam side down, until they are warm and have light to medium grill marks.
  2. Flip the wraps over and cook the second side until they are warmed through and the cheese is melted.
  3. Serve warm.

Notes

These wraps can be served as a main dish or a side. They work well with a fresh salad, crunchy veggies, or your favorite dipping sauce. Can also be cut into smaller pieces for an easy appetizer or snack.
