Ingredients

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For the sandwich
  • 4 slices sandwich bread
  • 1/4 cup spicy mayo (mayonnaise mixed with hot sauce)
  • to taste Crispy pickles
  • to taste Lettuce or other desired toppings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  2. Toast the sandwich bread on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
Assembly
  1. Spread spicy mayo on each slice of bread.
  2. Assemble the sandwich by placing grilled chicken on one slice of bread, adding crispy pickles and lettuce, then top with another slice of bread.

Notes
