  • 4 pieces chicken thigh fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary
  • 1 piece Juice of 1 lemon

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, thyme or rosemary, and lemon juice.
  3. Add the chicken thigh fillets to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. If grilling, cook on medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  2. If baking, place the fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate longer, even overnight if you can. You can adjust the spices according to your taste. If you like it spicy, add some cayenne pepper. Always check that the chicken is cooked through by ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
