Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked pasta, spinach, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Alfredo sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until everything is well combined.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a side salad or garlic bread. For extra flavor, sprinkle fresh basil or parsley on top before serving. Allow leftovers to cool completely before storing in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
