  • 1 unit egg Whisked and combined with Dijon mustard and lemon juice.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed is best for flavor.

Preparation and Cooking
  1. Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

  4. Dip each salmon piece into the egg mixture, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the salmon bites until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.

Notes
