Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour (mixed with salt and pepper), one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs.
Breading and Baking
- Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serving
- In a separate bowl, toss the baked chicken strips with honey BBQ sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, try adding grated Parmesan cheese to the breadcrumbs. Adjust the amount of honey BBQ sauce to your taste. You can also freeze the chicken strips before baking.
