Ingredients
  

For the chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 pieces limes Juiced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust according to preference
For the mango salsa
  • 1 piece ripe mango Diced
  • 1/2 piece red onion Diced
  • 1 piece jalapeño Minced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro Chopped
  • 1 piece lime Juiced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the honey-lime mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Making the salsa
  1. In another bowl, combine mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice to make the salsa.
Serving
  1. Serve the grilled chicken topped with mango salsa.

Notes

For more flavor, let the chicken marinate for a few hours or overnight. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Adjust the spice level of the salsa by adding more or less jalapeño.
