  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled Can swap with goat cheese for different taste
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat) Add more for spiciness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the honey, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey mixture over the top.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the feta is golden.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Serve Hot Honey Feta Chicken with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad. Drizzle some extra hot honey over the top for an added kick. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Can freeze cooked chicken for up to 2 months.
