Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the honey, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the chicken.
Cooking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the feta is golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Serve Hot Honey Feta Chicken with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad. Drizzle some extra hot honey over the top for an added kick. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Can freeze cooked chicken for up to 2 months.
