Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Cooking
  1. Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet and brush the glaze generously over them.
  2. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  3. Serve hot, drizzled with any remaining glaze.

Notes

This dish pairs well with rice or steamed vegetables. For extra flavor, drizzle additional hot honey on top before serving. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving again.
