- Spread the cheese mixture over the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top and drizzle with olive oil.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Serve with rice, quinoa, or a fresh salad. It also goes well with tortilla chips. To store leftovers, let cool completely, then place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
