Preparation
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and slice it into bite-sized pieces.
- In the same skillet, add sweet corn and cook for a couple of minutes.
- Return the sliced chicken to the skillet, mix well with corn, and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Cover the skillet and let the cheese melt.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot over rice or on bread.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight. Adjust spice level by adding more or less gochujang. Adding vegetables can enhance the dish.
