  • 4 fillets Fresh salmon Ensure the salmon is fresh for the best taste.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 large Lemon Juice only.
  • 2 tablespoons Herbs Chopped. Use dill, parsley, or thyme for varied flavors.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the garlic mixture over the salmon.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

Serve with a side of vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad. For added flavor, squeeze a little lemon juice on top just before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
