Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the garlic mixture over the salmon.
Cooking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
Serve with a side of vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad. For added flavor, squeeze a little lemon juice on top just before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
